What to do when you want nothing to do with the coronation, sorry, inauguration mess that is about to descend on your hometown?

From the 18th to the 21st I will be living it up at Paris and enjoying all that makes America great!

Me also thinks that there will a lot of Republicans out in Vegas that week - haha
without a doubt Vegas will look like a republican convention. Since the Dem's with money will be in DC fawning over the new Prez....

despite the fact that i will be among the adoring masses on inauguration day, i should tell you that january is a great time to go to vegas. when i lived in cali, vegas in january was like disneyland on a rainy day--relatively tourist free. so, have lots of fun!
I was thinking about getting out of town to beat the crowds, but it's getting close now and I still have no plans. I'm such a procrastinator!
